aBlueC helps homeowners in Sarasota County find available electricians, HVAC technicians, and plumbers, and helps those providers receive direct leads.

By using aBlueC you agree that:

• Providers set their own availability and service radius.
• Leads go only to the provider you choose. We do not share your job with multiple companies.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the phone number and address you provide.
• Providers are independent businesses. aBlueC does not employ them or guarantee the quality of their work.
• New providers receive 90 days free, then $19.99 per month. You may cancel anytime.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

aBlueC is a platform only. We are not responsible for anything that happens between a homeowner and a provider, including the quality of work, pricing, delays, damages, disputes, or any outcome of a job. Providers are independent businesses. We do not employ them, supervise them, or guarantee their work.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, aBlueC and its owners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from any interaction with a provider. Use the service at your own risk.

These terms may change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
